SUPPER CLUB ONE: A NORDIC THEMED GATHERING

HOW IT STARTED: Thursday October 26th 2017 saw the launch of the very first New Chieftains’ Supper Club. An evening of inspired conversation, discovery and culinary excellence.

Luminaries from the world of architectural design, art and culture, fashion, luxury hospitality and anthropology enjoyed an unparalleled nordic inspired dining experience created in celebration of The New Chieftains Nordic Female Power chapter.

A NORDIC INSPIRED FOOD STORY: The New Chieftains is a global story, told one chapter at a time; The Nordic Female Power tribe are a collective whose qualities are inherently humanistic, a mark of a New Chieftain!…

They share a unique narrative.  In these women’s hands the world is sacrosanct. They are creatures of the earth, sharing synchronicity with both urbanity and nature.

The supper clubs are hosted at BLACKHORSE LANE ATELIERS, London’s only slow denim atelier founded by a member of the New Chieftains’ family; BILEGHAN ATES

For our inaugural event, a sumptuous five course tasting experience that included a selection of food and wine courses inspired by the gastronomy of the Nordic region, was developed with PEDRO PASSINHAS, renowned Michelin trained chef who has worked with Heston Blumenthal at the Fat Duck and La Gavroche to name a few.
