Agenda Brown is a creative protagonist and generator of visual stories. He possesses a rare ability to capture his subjects in a discerning manner, while evoking empathy. As a natural observer he looks for the commonality and differences in all of us.

As an artist, a storyteller, and a creator, you will find him at the center of creatives and social entrepreneurs. Capturing individuals with a cinematic scale, Agenda regularly uses the environment to provide authentic context for the emotions he draws from his subjects. Agenda positions his sitters front and centre but also keeps the larger context around them to reflect on the intimate scale they possess against broader humanity. People to Agenda are dynamic, rich, and layered in personality, each with unique and extraordinary narratives.

Agenda’s unique creative platform is driven by the depth and detail that defines his interaction with clients. “I am driven by the limitless possibilities of working with those who are ready to collaborate with my process,” he says. “Together, we can create something that is not possible on our own.” As a result, his work regularly features sitters who are in a moment of transformation, or who are, in their own right, transformative energies. This sensitivity makes him a great collaborator in capturing and distilling individual character; his focus is always empathetic as well as discerning, warm but objective, inquisitive but never intrusive, delivering a journey where the images are the result of a wider transformation, not the only outcome.

Agenda’s interview with celebrated photographer and influencer Sean Tucker gives great insight into his work and approach: MAKING PORTRAITS TO HONOUR PEOPLE.

Agenda is an award winning portrait photographer; winner of the Canon Portrait Award. As a commercial creative, he has provided photographs for features in publications including The Times and The Economist’s magazine Intelligent Life, and was a regular contributor to The Metro for several years. The Guardian, Amateur Photographer, Time Inc, and Hotel Culture have all run photographer profiles on Agenda, as one of the UKs ‘respected portrait photographers’. Described as a ‘cultural engineer’, Agenda has shot and conceived campaigns for theatre company Sparkle & Dark, taste branding agency Miller Libertine, innovation designer Driven by Charles, jeweller Alice Cicolini, architect Gurmeet Syan, denim activists Blackhorse Lane and chef Pedro Passinhass. Most recently Agenda has launched his first fine art series, HAND., at the London Review of Books, and has had work featured by Uniqlo in all of their stores worldwide.

The Studio is open to collaborations across all the scale and aspects of the Agenda Brown approach.
